This is an opportunity for us to enjoy one another&#8217;s company without the structure of a rehearsal getting in the way. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>When:<\/strong> August 22, 2026 &#8211; arrive 2 pm (or later) &#8211; meal to be served at suppertime. &#8211; <strong>This is a weather permitting event &#8211; check the website after 11 am for a verdict!<\/strong> (We&#8217;ll post on the main page and send out a blog post for good measure!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Where: <\/strong>A Bass Clarinet player&#8217;s house. We will not be publishing the address on the internet, so <strong>please email us at info@mbmillenniumband.com to request this information.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bring:<\/strong> Chair, weather appropriate clothing (hats, sweater, etc), sunscreen, insect repellent, BYOB, something consumable to share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cost: <\/strong>$5 per person (to be collected at the event). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>RSVP:<\/strong> <strong>Deadline to respond: August 21. <\/strong>The band will be supplying protein, so we need to have a count of people attending in order to purchase the supplies.
